2. This website is not a shop
No contract of sale is concluded through this website. This site presents our products and publishes editorial content. It has no basket, no checkout and no payment function, and the product pages here do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Orders through Etsy
Products are sold exclusively through the WorryCharm shop on the Etsy marketplace. Any purchase contract is concluded there, between you and WorryCharm as the seller, on the basis of the shop terms and policies displayed at the time of ordering. Etsy's own terms of use and privacy policy apply to your use of that platform in addition to ours.
Prices, shipping costs, delivery times, payment methods, returns and the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers are all set out in the shop listing and in Etsy's order process. Those statements take precedence over anything stated on this website.
4. Product descriptions
ROOTED is machined from 316L stainless steel and finished by hand. Minor variations in brushing, surface texture and weight are a normal characteristic of the material and the process, not a defect. Product photographs are taken under studio lighting; the perceived shade of the steel can differ from screen to screen.
Stated dimensions and weights are nominal values with customary manufacturing tolerances.
5. No medical claims
ROOTED is an everyday object for self-regulation and sensory grounding. It is not a medical device, it makes no therapeutic promise, and it neither diagnoses nor treats any condition. Content on this website, in particular in the Journal, is general information and does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment by qualified professionals.
